3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Software, refunds are not provided after purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

4. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sharing your account or license key with others is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your license without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Krypton or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to game bans, account suspensions, or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software immediately. No refund will be provided upon termination for breach of terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
